PUBLICATION POLICY

Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

-The language has to be politically neutral and nonconflicting with the general guidelines. The language used shouldn’t be abusive or result in disrepute of any third person.

-If the authors have used the work and/or words of others, they must properly cite or quote those works and/or words, as well as identify all sources used in the preparation of their manuscripts.

-When an author discovers a serious error or inaccuracy in his or her own published work, it is the author’s responsibility to contact the Journal editor or publisher as soon as possible and to collaborate with the editor in retracting or correcting the paper.

-Authors must attest to the fact that their manuscripts are their work.

-Plagiarism, duplicate publications, data fabrication and falsification, and redundant publication are all prohibited.

-The authors must not submit the manuscript that has been published elsewhere or is under consideration for publication elsewhere.

-The final discretion of acceptance of the manuscript lies with the editorial board after undergoing the procedure in case of any ambiguity.

-About all the disputes, the decision of the editorial board shall be final and binding.

-After the acknowledgement of the receipt of the submission, it will go through an editorial process and the decision about its acceptance or rejection shall be communicated to the authors within 20-40 days.

-The copyright over the Blogs shall automatically transfer to Intellex Juris. Therefore, all the Blogs shall be reposted and shared on various social media platforms with appropriate mention of the original posted on the Intellex Juris Website.

Authors need to follow these basic guidelines:

  1. The content should be free from any allegations against anyone.
  2. The content should not have any defamatory content.
  3. There should be No plagiarism.
  4. The author(s) would be solely liable for any liabilities arising out of any copyright or any other such infringement of any rights of any person.
  5. The content must not reflect any religious or political biases.
  6. Any opinion must be stated as an opinion itself and not as a fact.
  7. Submissions should adopt an academic, research, or opinion approach.
  8. Hate language including but not limited to racist, sexist, anti-Semitic, and homophobic speech will not be published.

-The content should be exclusive to INTELLEX JURIS and it shall have all the authority to republish the work anywhere without the author(s)’s prior consent.

Copyright Policy

We only accept original submissions that haven’t already been published elsewhere or submitted for publication.
Intellex Juris retains ownership of the copyright for the published manuscripts.
If an article has many authors, the corresponding author must receive written consent from each co-author granting permission to engage in an agreement and assign a copyright. Each co-author must also carefully read the conditions before signing it.

The manuscript may be published by Intellex Juris by any other means, with editorial changes if necessary to make it appropriate.

Also, any manuscripts created for the Intellex Juris during the internship time shall be the sole intellectual property of the Intellex Juris, with the right of first refusal for the duration of the job. The publisher is free to transfer its rights under this contract.
While we will make a reasonable effort to ensure that no plagiarised content is published by us, if it is discovered that the author has not published their original work but has instead violated the rights of a third party or plagiarised, the author will be held solely responsible for any resulting disputes and not the Intellex Juris.

By submitting a manuscript to IntellexJuris, the author(s) confirms that the work is their own, original creation, hasn’t been published elsewhere before, and isn’t currently being considered for publication, and that any sources used in the manuscript that aren’t their own have been correctly cited. The author must confirm that the work has not already been submitted for review or publication elsewhere before submitting it. This behavior contravenes the norms of fair publication and could result in harsh implications that the writers would have to deal with.

The authors have a duty and responsibility to reveal any information that was taken from outside sources or was not the authors’ original thought. Each author is required to present a copyright form that has been properly signed; otherwise, the manuscript that passed the review will not be published.

It must be clearly understood that the authors who have submitted their manuscripts should be free from any malpractices. The vision and mission of Intellex Juris aim to increase the quality of submissions with multiple checks at every level before publishing.

In any case the website goes down, it is the author’s responsibility to contact Intellex Juris or the Publisher and after considering the reasonable grounds, the authors will be entitled to publish their blogs elsewhere with the proper consent given by Intellex Juris or the publisher.

Intellex Juris retains the copyright, but under certain conditions, others are free to reproduce, distribute, and exhibit the work, as well as any derivative works based on it.
